Jeff came to us with a hand-drawn floor plan, a clear vision for his home, and the goal of doing as much of the build himself as possible.
Throughout the planning process, Jeff worked with our Senior Building Consultant, Quintin. “If something was missing, needed clarification or required an adjustment, Quintin helped me work through it and kept the project moving!”
After roughly a year and a half of weekend construction, the Lechtalers moved into their new home in December 2024. The finished build includes a covered porch, partial mezzanine, open-concept living space, and plenty of room to make the home their own.
Looking back on the project, Jeff described the building process as “fantastic.” He said: “The whole process was very straightforward and streamlined, and the drawings were approved by the city in the blink of an eye!”
