Friendly PSA about our Facebook ads 👇

We’ve noticed an increase in some very intense messages lately, so here’s a quick explanation of what’s happening.

Picture this: it’s 2am, you’re doomscrolling, and our ad pops up. A tired thumb taps it by accident, which triggers an automatic response. At that point, you have two options:

A) Ignore it and continue scrolling
B) Reply… which keeps the automated replies going

If you choose option B, you’re essentially chatting with a bot—not a real human—until we’re back online and see the message history later.

We’re a small, local business run by real people, and while we understand frustration, aggressive or threatening messages aren’t productive for anyone (and honestly, probably not great for your mental peace of mind either).

If you didn’t mean to contact us, no worries—just don’t reply and the conversation ends there. If you do need help, we’re always happy to talk with you directly.

We will never cold-message or solicit anyone (for example: “We hear you’re having foundation issues…”). If you need us, please reach out directly.

This photo gets a TON of attention and as simple as it could be to take it down, not happening!! Not only do we stand behind our work, but we do not cower to anyone, especially our keyboard warriors. So I am leaving this here::

In this photo you see two bottle jacks! YESSS, you are all correct they are your average “cheap” bottle jacks. However as the many explanations we have given in this post stating they are TEMPORARY (*key word) and are REMOVED and the pier head holds the foundation afterwards, not these bottle jacks. The bottle jacks pictured here are *NOT* used permanently. If you have further questions about the details feel free to reach out to me!

Mostly, I would like to point out we also do not bash other foundation companies on our page, or post to their company’s page. We certainly could, considering we document any previous foundation companies of the homes we work on which is generally due to the failure of service they received with the previous company. However we are built on integrity and bashing others isn’t our style! Not everyone is our audience, which is more than okay!
We appreciate all the feedback and even the laughs we get from this post.
We are very confident in our work therefore you will never see our names (or tagging anyone) on another foundation companies page saying anything about the work they do because we don’t have the time or the care. We are too busy for nonsense. We have work to do!!! 😁
