👷‍♂️👷‍♀️🧰Bjorlie construction is primarily a millwright company.
🤓Millwright:🤓
a person who designs or builds mills or who maintains mill machinery. 🌾🌽
This means that we may put up a bin from time to time still, we focus on repair and fabrication of elevators and their facilities.
With this line of work comes the need for 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️💪💪skilled workers. Those that are welders👩‍🏭👨‍🏭, mechanical backgrounds🧑‍🔧👩‍🔧, general construction🔨, cement work background🚧, CDL certified🚛, or certified crane operator🏗️.
💲💲Our starting wage is $20/hour DOE, with overtime when a job calls for it. 💲💲 With the change from primary bin building to millwright, job locations have changed. Our crews are closer to home🏡 majority of the time now, which means home most nights and no weekends🎊, unless emergency call out🆘. Granted there are some over the road jobs that pop up, but you will be home in time for the weekend.🧳
