Meet Rachel — Co-Owner 🤝

Rachel might joke that her favorite part of the job is "being the boss's wife," but really, she treasures building this business alongside Matt and being his partner every step of the way. While she's not involved in the daily operations, she handles countless behind-the-scenes tasks, and the two of them make the big decisions together as a team.

Fun fact: Rachel does hair two days a week, but if that wasn't the plan, she'd have gone the accounting route — she genuinely enjoys the bookwork and paying the bills, numbers and all!

Outside of work, her family comes first. Whether she's cheering at a sporting event, soaking up the sun by the pool in summer, or making memories on a family trip, being present with her kids is what she treasures most.

Grateful to have Rachel as such a steady, supportive part of the Integrity team!

Meet Roger — Master Plumber 🔧

With 13 years at Integrity and 40 years in the trade, Roger brings a wealth of experience to every project. But what keeps him going? The variety — no two days are alike, and after four decades, he's still finding new things to learn. That kind of curiosity is what makes a true master of the craft.

Outside of work, Roger stays active in his church and enjoys getting out fishing when he can.
