The STEM Gems of South Florida (an outreach program of YERU STEM Education sponsored by the American Association of University Women) is now intaking applications to allow young females ages 11-14 to explore science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM) and leadership, via hands on activities, field experience trips and volunteerism which will promote environmental stewardship and in-field career shadowing.
