Momentum Monday. Week 5. 🌏

NeoVolta management completed a formal factory visit process overseas, accepting the battery cell pack manufacturing line and BESS assembly line equipment and executing the underlying asset purchase agreement.

Production line equipment departed March 21, 2026 and is now en route to our Pendergrass, Georgia facility. Commercial and utility scale energy storage is no longer just a plan. It's on its way.

Electrical conduit installation is making significant progress at our Pendergrass, Georgia facility. Upgraded electrical systems are being integrated throughout the plant, laying the foundation for full production operations.

This facility is taking shape fast.

With the strong support of Georgia Power, our new high-capacity transformer has been delivered and installed. Facility power upgrade complete. Sufficient and reliable electricity supply secured for the plant's long-term operations.
