Major milestone: NeoVolta’s subsidiary, NeoVolta Power, has entered into an approximately $53M binding capacity reservation agreement with Infinite Grid Capital, the first major commercial commitment under its ~$200M potential utility-scale framework.

The agreement will support Northern Ontario Edge AI data center projects as NeoVolta opens its Pendergrass, GA manufacturing facility today.

Since our last update, we've moved past construction. The racking and infrastructure are fully in place, and the team is now running operational testing on the line, checking each station before we ramp up further. It's a good marker of how far this facility has come in just a few weeks.

Momentum Monday & a BIG update from NeoVolta Power 🏗️🔋

If you’ve been following the progress at our new manufacturing facility in Pendergrass, Georgia, you’ve watched this place transform over the past few months.

Now, we’re nearly finished with the buildout and the team is moving into a full testing phase.

That means we’re getting very close to operational!!!!! 🙌

It’s taken a tremendous amount of work and dedication to get here, and the energy on the ground is REAL.

But then again, we’re in the energy business. Running out of steam was never really an option. 😉

Let’s DO THIS. 🇺🇸⚡️
