Making the best of these hot summer days!

Last week we got called out to a local scrap yard to take a look at their semi trailer. Once we realized what needed to be replaced they got a parts list together and we scheduled the day to go knock it out!

After a few hours hiding from the sun cutting out the old equalizer hanger and the braces on the inside, we got the trailer cleaned up and started welding the new hanger on with all new bracing. We got the new equalizer bolted on and air lines hooked back up and they were ready to roll!!

Sometimes the small projects make the biggest impact!

We built and installed this hand rail on site, extending from the existing riser coming off of the steps, all the way out to the driveway. This hand rail will last a lifetime and provide plenty of support getting to and from the car in all weather!

Emergency job doing our part in the damage clean up and redesign of the Blue Origin rocket launch pad, after the recent explosion!

Last Friday in the middle of a rain storm the guys went out to Franklin, IN to repair cracks on a heavy haul trailer booster. This trailer is loaded down with just ONE side of the track system for a huge crane!

This trailer made its long haul to Cape Canaveral, Florida to deliver this piece of equipment to the launch site to begin its assembly. The machine will assist with moving the launch pad back to the original site and then they will use it to recover the rocket and load it on the trailer to haul away.

We are very blessed to be in the position we are in, to be there for emergency service when a critical operation is taking place! Thank you to the great company of Bay Crane who recommended us for the job!

We have been busy trying to beat the storms!

This is our 4th tool bar repair in the last week and it is always interesting seeing the different failure and wear points in these applicators, however no matter the damage we take the time to get the job done right the first time big or small!

We were able to get this farmer back together in the field to keep them running and get product in the ground before the rain!

We are very excited to announce that starting after memorial weekend we will be offering on site line boring!

We will be able to weld up worn out holes and machine them back out. Or even just open up holes on your used attachments to fit your new machines to allow a perfect finish for pin sizes and/or bushings. Whether it is excavator buckets, H-links, dozer blade mounts, you name it we can refurbish your equipment! We can range from 1 5/8” up to 13” holes!

This operation will open many new opportunities for us as a small business that we are excited to offer to our current and future customers!

It is that time of year and farmers are breaking ground!

We spent some time repairing the folding points on this DB60 John Deere planter. The farmer seen that the gear looked a little crooked in the field when he unfolded it and thankfully he stopped to see what was going on!

They were able to get it back to their shop and do some tare down so we had room to go in and repair it properly!

Making quick work on a dump truck repair!

We got called out to the other side of town for a vi****or that had broke off the bed of this dump truck. Luckily the operator seen it happen and was able to notify us before things got worse!

After cleaning the material and installing a few support plates we welded it up and wired it back together. The truck was back on the road making money the next day!
