Refrigeration/Maintenance Position – Pendleton OR



EMPLOYER: Ledbetters’ Refrigeration Inc

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual that has had at least 2 years in a refrigeration service background or equal in a maintenance position. We would also like to hire an individual to train into the refrigeration profession. That person would need to be mechanically inclined and willing to learn the trade.

Our service team is small, and we work in a very professional and personalized atmosphere with our clients. Our requirements for a team member technician are simple. We need a person that can be trusted with our clients’ needs and work with them to quickly and accurately diagnose and repair their refrigeration issues.

The applicant must have a clean driving record. Be courteous and punctual. Be open to continuous on-the-job training. Be good at record keeping for invoicing and be willing to work some overtime when needed.

The applicant must be able to lift and carry up to 75 # for assembly of walk-in cooler and freezer panel for instance, along with other installation needs.



Base pay always depends on your qualifications.

Our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday and we will be back in the office on Monday the 28th.
