Installation of our CNC 4-axes graphical control system on a Wysong 175PHx144 press brake. This machine was completely inoperable. After we were done she was cycling and bending parts. Revamped the machine with new y1 and y2 linear scales, new X-axis servo system for the backgauge, safety plc, and all-new electronics. Achieving another satisfied customer!

Retrofit of our customer’s Amada HFBO 22040, complete with new graphical control package, all-new servo motor + amplifiers for a 6-axes back-gauge, laser guarding system, and completely revamped electrical cabinet with new PLC, power supplies, etc. Bringing this older machine to the future was a great satisfaction for both ENUTRON, and more importantly, our customer!

Installed our new graphical control system and Enu2X CNC backgauge on a 1987 Ursviken. Retrofit included all new electronics and laser guard safety system. The technology we incorporated allowed this press brake to make a massive leap forward in precision and efficiency, while saving a massive amount of money versus buying a brand new, high-level press brake.
