At Tompkins Painting, Inc., our reputation is built on the work we leave behind — and we stand behind that work.

Three years ago, our team completed the painting of the Bruce Beach Canopy for the City of Pensacola. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the coating system experienced a premature failure.

Although the project was well beyond our standard one-year warranty, we felt there was only one way to handle it.

We made it right.

We sent our crew back to Bruce Beach to thoroughly prepare and repaint the entire canopy structure at no additional cost to the City of Pensacola.

For us, standing behind our work isn’t limited to what’s written in a warranty. It’s about taking pride in our craftsmanship, protecting our reputation, and making sure our customers know that when Tompkins Painting, Inc. puts its name on a project, we take that responsibility seriously.

We’re proud to serve the City of Pensacola and proud of our crew for putting in the work to bring this canopy back to the standard we expect.
