This requires more work on our part but makes for a better project by providing accurate and competitive bid results, delivering reliable documentation of as-built systems for future reference by facilities personnel, and by putting bidders on a level playing field. We take great pride in providing a highly detailed and accurate set of construction documents. Every project is unique and requires attention to detail in order to deliver an optimum design. We emphasize high quality, low maintenance, physical and technical longevity, and verification of performance through the close involvement of our design engineers in the design and construction phases of all of our projects. We routinely work closely with the Owner’s facilities, engineering, technology and maintenance personnel in regard to all aspects of the design. Our professionals act as an extension of the Owner’s staff allowing them to leverage their resources and abilities to maximize the results for each project. Premier Engineering Group specializes in energy conservation projects and is proficient in energy analysis and life cycle cost estimating programs. We have been involved in numerous projects and studies to identify and quantify energy savings opportunities for mechanical and electrical building system retrofits and new building construction. From small split-systems to large central plants, multiple systems are analyzed to determine the right system for each facility.
