I have been drawing plans for over 25 years. I am a professional who will work hard to draw the house plan of your dreams. Bring me anything from an idea in your head to a doodle on paper and I will work diligently to get it done.
House plans include 5 sets of the following CAD drawings: Site plan, Foundation plan, Floor Plan, 4 Elevation drawings, Roof plan, and Electrical. All drawings are printed 1/4" scale on 24" x 36" white bond paper.
I typically charge $0.80-$1.00 per Sq Ft for area under roof. Price could vary depending on the complexity of the project.
The structural engineer charges $0.30-.40 cents a square ft to seal the drawings.
