Man, this one turned out GORGEOUS! 🔥🏡

We’re putting the finishing touches on this beautiful custom home over in Milton, and I’m excited to finally show it off!

These clients have been absolutely awesome to work with. Somewhere along the way, they went from clients to family, and that makes finishing this home even more special. I can’t wait for them to get settled in, make it their own, and enjoy everything we’ve worked together to bring to life.

And after the storm we just went through, we’ve got a whole lot to be thankful for. This home made it through with NO DAMAGE! 🙌 Knowing they can move forward and enjoy their beautiful new home is a huge blessing.

This has been such a FUN build from start to finish! I’m incredibly thankful and blessed to have the team I do and for every helping hand along the way. It takes a lot of people coming together to make something like this happen, and I appreciate every one of you.

To our homeowners....thank you for trusting me and the Kloud9 crew with your home. I’m thankful for the opportunity, the friendships, and the blessing of getting to do what I love.

All glory to God! 🙏

When a storm is approaching, we're reminded just how quickly life can change and what truly matters most and It doesnt matter how strong the storm is, how many we have all been through, or where the eye lands, we are all affected in one way shape or form!

Now that we've done everything we can to prepare in the field and at our home base. Our hearts and prayers are with every family in our community.

Homes can be rebuilt and repaired. Things can be replaced. But lives cant.

When this storm passes, we'll be here, ready to serve however we can. Not just as a business, but as neighbors who love this community.

Check on your neighbors. Look out for the elderly. Help those who can't help themselves. And if you need a hand, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our team is loaded and ready to help!

This is our home. These are our people. And when times get tough, remember to stand together, have patience and empathy.

May God watch over every family and protect our community. 🙏

STORM PREP TIP!!

Being a Pensacola Native, we understand how these storms can be unpredictable despite their "Category". So we want to share a few different tips from a different perspective that could possibly help!

Before the weather gets bad, take a few minutes to document the current condition of your home. Get clear photos and videos of your roof, siding, windows, doors, fencing, porches, patios, and interior finishes in their current condition.

If damages occur, having "before the storm" documentation can be extremely helpful when dealing with repairs and insurance.

Just as important to know which local, licensed contractor you're going to call before you actually need one. Having a trusted contractor already in mind can make a stressful situation much easier when you need an assessment, estimate, temporary repair, or permanent repairs.

We hope everyone stays safe and damage free. But if you need help after the storm or even just some advice, please feel free to reach out.

Prepare now. Document your home. Know who you're going to call and stay Safe!!!

EAST HILL ....WE’RE COMING IN HOT. 🔥

It's official! Permit is back, Sign is posted and we are about to roll!!

This is one I have been waiting to announce!!
Demo is officially getting ready to begin on Leonard Street in East Hill, and what’s standing here today is about to be replaced with something completely different.

We’re tearing this one down and bringing an absolutely STUNNING new Kloud9 Custom Home to life and we are excited about this build.
This house is a little different! We have been working to put together a home that is going to make a statement the second you pull onto Leonard Street.

Beautiful architecture. Killer curb appeal. Thought-out details. High end finishes. And that unmistakable East Hill character people love.

And here’s the exciting part:

THIS HOME WILL BE FOR SALE!!!!!!!!

As we get further into construction, we’ll officially open it up for "PRE-SALE" giving someone the opportunity to lock this home down before it’s even complete.

So if you’ve been waiting for a brand new construction home in East Hill, don’t wait until the “For Sale” sign goes up. Reach out to us now and let us know you’re interested. We’ll be sharing more details as this project moves forward.

For now, take a good look at this house…
Because it won’t be here much longer.
The machines are coming in. Demo is about to start. And Leonard Street is about to get a MAJOR transformation.

We’ll be documenting the entire thing! Demo, dirt work, foundation, framing, finishes, and the final reveal.

EAST HILL, STAY TUNED.
KLOUD9 IS ABOUT TO BRING THIS ONE TO LIFE.🙏

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT OF THE DAY!!

Ohhh boyyy!! We are getting CLOSE on this one!!

We’re about a week away from turning this monster of a project into HOME for our awesome clients. Just a few final punch list items left to knock out and this beast is officially wrapped up!!

We’re extremely grateful these clients trusted Kloud9 to build their home. Watching everything come together after all the planning, work, changes, and long days is one of the best parts of what we do.

We’re excited for them, proud of how this one has come together, and maybe just a little too excited to show everybody the finished product!!

Stay tuned we’ve got a full walkthrough coming soon, and this is definitely one you’re going to want to see!!

Almost home!! 🏠🔥☁️9️⃣

SNEAK PEEK PROJECT OF THE DAY!!

We’ve been fortunate to work with such amazing clients on this project, and we truly appreciate them trusting us with their home. We can’t wait to bring the vision fully to life and give them a home they’re proud of!!

Here’s just a little sneak peek!!👀👀

We’re closing in on the finish line with maybe about a week left, and we are seriously so excited with how this home has turned out!!

This one has really come together beautifully and we can’t wait to show y’all the finished product.

Stay tuned because we’ll be doing a full walkthrough video tour once everything is complete!!

The only bad part about this one coming to an end is not getting to see our awesome clients every day anymore but I’m sure we’ll find a reason to stop by every now and then 😅

Almost there and the best team in the world is on it working to finishing making this house a home!!

It’s the SMALL things that mean the MOST to me!!

Our brand new Kloud9 jobsite signs came in today, and we couldn’t wait to get the first one set up at one of our projects!!

I know it’s just a sign… but to me, it’s so much more than that. Seeing our name standing out front of a home we’re building is one of those moments that makes me just stop for a minute and appreciate how far we’ve come.

Every project, every client who trusted us with their home, every referral, every person who shared our work or recommended our name, THAT is what keeps Kloud9 growing!

So when you’re riding around town and see that big Kloud9 sign, SHOW US SOME LOVE!! Honk, wave, snap a picture, tag us ... whatever you’ve got!

We’re proud of what we’re building, and even more excited about what’s coming next.

Keep your eyes open… these signs are about to start popping up EVERYWHERE!!

ANOTHER ONE IN THE BOOKS!! 🔥

Check out how this pole barn turned out!! We’re really happy with this one, and that lean-to absolutely sets it off!

There’s just something satisfying about watching a project go from dirt to a finished structure. Another custom pole barn completed and ready to be put to use!

We’ve got several more projects moving along, so stay tuned — plenty more to come! 💪🏼
