Preservation Guild Update - October 26th

After recovering from the hurricane, our focus has shifted back to N. 6th Avenue and the Bride’s Cottage, and we couldn’t be more excited to see both properties coming together! The finishing touches are being added, and all of the beautiful details we love are beginning to bring these spaces to life.

We’re nearing the finish line at the Bride’s Cottage, and we can hardly wait to open the doors to brides and bridesmaids! 🤍

The Bride’s Cottage is a masterpiece in the making! ✨ Like any great masterpiece, it takes time, patience, and care to bring all the pieces together. We’re nearing the finish line, and it’s exciting to see everything coming together so beautifully. Stay tuned as this special project comes to life!

How hard can it be?

We’re not afraid to get our hands dirty to get what needs to be done, done.

Cervantes needed a little clearing today to create a pathway for cars to drive, and Nannette got it done in ten minutes like it was nothing. That’s how we do it over here at Chandler & Co Construction. 😎

Preservation Guild Update - October 19th

The DeSoto property sustained some damage of its own, but the house itself is standing as strong as ever. While we were sad to lose a tree, we’re also grateful that the damage wasn’t worse.

We’re also back to making progress as usual at all of our other sites. With hurricane cleanup behind us, our team is able to get back to work and put our hands back to the plow!
