Mission: Critical Dew Point Management at the 2026 NFL Combine.

While NFL recruiters were heading to Lucas Oil Stadium to focus on 40-yard dash times, our mechanical team was tackling a different kind of pressure: managing dew point. Just hours before the 2026 NFL Combine kickoff, a mobile MRI trailer began losing its battle against surging humidity. 💦🏈

Mobile imaging is essential to the NFL for player health, and the units rely on highly specialized, high-static HVAC systems to protect sensitive magnets and electronics. When the humidity spiked, we had a narrow window to identify the root cause and bring the Relative Humidity (RH) back within spec.

The Result: Another critical system back online and ready for the big event. Great work by the mechanical team for keeping their cool under pressure! 👏👏👏

Matt has been a cornerstone for us all, serving as a dedicated mentor to system specialists, engineers, and project managers alike—always ready to 'Serve Others' by finding solutions to complex problems and developing creative alternatives as he 'Builds Connections'.

A balance marks his tenure: he cares as deeply about the people he works with as he does about the results he achieves for his clients. Even when faced with the most grueling retrofits, Matt ‘Chooses Great’ by maintaining a positive spirit that leaves our clients just as happy as our team. As he prepares for his well-deserved retirement, we celebrate 25 years of his steady reliability and talent, which have enriched our workplace.

A few weeks ago, we shared a big need with a short timeline. Our HVAC system had failed, and we were running auxiliary power to our dorms. The timing could not have been worse. We were days away from the coldest days of winter, facing an expense that hadn't been in the 2026 budget.

But because you stepped in, this unexpected need for the ministry transformed into a moment to watch God work. We found encouragement in the emails, phone calls, and letters we received. We heard from old friends and made some new ones. A crisis turned into a moment to watch God work.

We are grateful for your support and humbled to continue serving alongside you.

We are thrilled to announce that Tresor Seba has joined the ENTEC team as a Systems Engineer.

Tresor will be instrumental in managing the lifecycle of our Building Automation and Energy projects, providing expert engineering support from initial sales and design through installation and final closeout. His deep technical expertise ensures our clients continue to receive seamless support and innovative engineering solutions.

In his free time, Tressor enjoys working out, soccer, and basketball.
