Last week, we introduced three of the five interns who contributed their time and talents to ELM MicroGrid this summer. Today, we’re highlighting the final two members of our 2026 intern class: Beckham Faris and Allison Ullenius.

🤝 Beckham Faris played a key role in strengthening ELM’s Dealer Network initiatives. He helped organize dealer agreements, build tools to improve dealer visibility and engagement, research prospective partners, and develop dealer program and marketing materials. Beckham brought a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take on new challenges while helping lay the foundation for continued growth across ELM’s channel partner network.

📣 Allison Ullenius supported both ELM’s marketing and HR teams across a wide range of initiatives this summer. From creating social media content and presentations to updating the website, writing blog posts, and assisting with HR projects, Ally brought creativity and a fresh perspective to every assignment. Her contributions supported efforts across the company while giving her valuable hands-on experience in multiple areas of the business.

Thank you to Beckham, Ally, and all five of our summer interns for their hard work and valuable contributions. We appreciate everything they accomplished and wish each of them continued success in the year ahead!

This summer, ELM MicroGrid welcomed five interns who contributed across our manufacturing, operations, IT and marketing teams. Today, we’re recognizing three of these talented individuals and the impact they made during their time with us:

💻 Jacob Sentlingar, our Cybersecurity and IT Systems Intern, gained hands-on experience assisting with the deployment and troubleshooting of more than 150 VPNs at sites in the field. He also earned his ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification.

⚙️ Jackson Oien gained valuable manufacturing experience building assemblies and working with mechanical and electrical schematics. His willingness to learn helped him quickly become a valuable contributor in our fast-paced production environment.

📦 Ryan Santos supported our Shipping and Receiving team, helping receive materials efficiently and accurately, stock inventory and deliver components to assembly cells to keep production moving.
