Project complete! Sarah Raymond School for Early Education wrapped up just before the 2026-2027 school year began. This space offers a vibrant, interactive, learning environment for ages 3-5 years old. The new facility provides additional classroom and play space, increased storage, and modern features to support the school's growing enrollment.

This project is the second renovation to take place in the State Farm Oakland Avenue office building purchased by the district in 2024. The facility also houses the Blooming Career Academy.

Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating the grand opening of the Freedom House’s newest location in Kewanee. Since 1983, Freedom House has been providing safety, support, and advocacy for survivors of domestic and sexual violence across our region. This new 40-bed shelter will provide the space needed for survivors and their families to begin the next chapter of their lives.

It’s a privilege to help build spaces that make a lasting impact on our communities. Congratulations to the Freedom House team on this incredible milestone!

It's been a while since we checked in on the Trinity Lutheran Church addition in Bloomington! Here's what's going on: The roofing is near completion and exterior framing and sheathing are wrapping up. Moving inside, interior framing is well underway as well as MEP rough ins.

Big shoutout to Summit Masonry for their work on the stone columns lining the front entrance. Those will be completed next week.
