Rising up out of the pines on a lake near Park Rapids, is a new two-story timber frame structure. Built by a talented crew of our carpenters for a valued repeat client of ours. While the majority of our projects are steel, the guys are really enjoying building this timber frame in the spring sunshine.

The addition on the south end of the former Perkins building is taking shape for Sherwin Williams to move in with retail sales this summer.

Our crew recently completed construction on a new office and storage facility along with an immediate addition to deliver a clean, functional space built to support day to day operations. If you’ve driven Hwy 10 between Frazee & Perham, you’ve watched the progression of this build for Renewable Energy Resources (RER) – at night, you can look for the glow of the green lights that outline the roof of this business.

Projects like this take teamwork, strong coordination, skilled craftsmanship, and a crew that takes pride in doing things the right way! 👷🏼 Proud of the work our team put in to bringing this one to life.
