One of the crews have been working on this 45,000 sq ft Dairy Farm renovation in Mayo, FL that encompasses three separate structures. The main frames are in tact but the purlins and roof panels were rusted completely through. Save money and time and let MBE renovate your existing metal building.

Finished this Peak Steel Building in Melrose, FL in the last few weeks. Will be used as office/warehouse and features numerous window openings, wainscot, standing seam roof panels and separate foyer area at the beginning. Excited to see the customer finish this project and move in.

Completed this 60,000 sq ft facility in Jacksonville, FL this week. It was challenging tying in 7 separate structures into one building and tested our field fabrication team but they succeeded as they always do. Shout out to JM Builders for their assistance throughout the project. Building provided by Elite Structures out of Adel, GA.

We are currently looking to hire 2 Metal Building Assemblers. Average Pay ranges from $37,440-$60,000 plus overtime per year depending on experience. Travel required with per diem but home every weekend. Transportation to and from work site provided by the company if needed. Tools provided. Applicants should possess knowledge of commercial/industrial safety operations, general construction knowledge, ability to work safely at heights on aerial lifts and roofs. Must pass a construction math test. Limited health benefits offered, 1-4 weeks of paid time off based on length of service with the company. 5 paid holidays per year. Position will require the following responsibilities: personnel management, company financial management, benefits management, job scheduling, and other assigned duties as required. Position is direct report to owner.

The following knowledge, Skills and Abilities are needed to apply:
-Must be proficient with QuickBooks Pro Software (required)
-knowledge of Human Resources (preferred)
-knowledge of all Microsoft office programs to with emphasis on excel, project, and word (required)
-basic math skills (required)
-basic accounting skills with emphasis on job costing (preferred)
-ability to work independently and with others (required)
-ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers, employees and vendors (required)
-ability to run reports, analyze construction data and communicate findings (preferred)

Education/experience: 2 year degree or 5 years of work experience

Pay and Benefits:
Salaried position (negotiable)
Paid time off 40-120 hrs annually
5 days of paid holidays
