Many of the products we support aren’t designed to exist as stand-alone printed components. They’re part of larger, highly engineered systems. That means our assembly team works at the intersection of materials science, alignment accuracy, electrical performance, and real-world usability—bringing multiple elements together into one reliable interface.
From layered constructions that must register within tight tolerances, to integrating adhesives, overlays, domes, spacers, flex tails, connectors, and housings, every detail matters. Even small variations can impact feel, function, or long-term durability—so our process is built around repeatability and verification at each stage.
What makes this work especially powerful is how early our assembly thinking starts. Instead of treating assembly as an afterthought, we collaborate upstream to help customers design parts that are easier to build, test, and scale.
It’s not just about putting pieces together. It’s about building confidence into every finished unit that leaves our floor.
