🌟 Introducing Robin Coggiola, our Customer Service Manager and Employee Highlight this month!
With 3 years at JN White, Robin has grown from a Customer Service Representative into her current role as Customer Service Manager. Throughout her journey, she has developed a strong appreciation for the importance of listening, leading with empathy, and supporting her team through clear communication and guidance.
Robin’s ability to work well with others, manage her time, adapt to change, and use strong analytical and problem-solving skills has helped her succeed in her role. One of her proudest moments at JN White has been becoming Customer Service Manager and having the opportunity to support her team while continuing to grow professionally.
Anyone who walks through Robin’s department has likely experienced the joy, smiles, and positive energy she and her team bring to JN White every day.
