From Blueprints to Bathroom Breaks… It’s Official!

We’re thrilled to join the City of Perryville in celebrating the “toilet paper cutting” for the City’s newest public works project!

Huge shoutout to our hardworking crew and project partners who helped bring this essential infrastructure to life (and flush). It may not be glamorous, but it’s a dirty job — and we’re proud to do it right.

Congrats to the City on another successful step forward in keeping things flowing smoothly!

Construction on the new Perry County Joint Justice Center is wrapping up

Installing the red roof against white walls at The future Ace hardware in Perryville.
The contrast makes the white wall look pink.
Lesson learned, we will be changing the wall to a red.

The owners are hoping to open before the holiday season. Doing our best to make it happen for them.

Grand opening from a while back for the new Bloomfield community center that also houses their police and fire department offices. So glad we could help this wonderful community with a building they can be proud of for years to come!

Groundbreaking held this past weekend for the Grace Community Center. Such a wonderful and much anticipated addition for this community. We are thrilled to be a part of this project!

The Grace Community Center will break ground on Sunday, April 21 for its new facility.

Zoellner construction is looking for a hard working meticulous person to help us manage our warehouse.

Duties will include:
Receiving all shipments daily and notifying the receiver, storing the material.
Organizing concrete forms, rebar, fuel, misc construction materials.
Lifting objects by hand.
Self organizing all material.

Experience not necessary but will be needed on the following.
Operating forklift
Class E cdl for making deliveries
OSHA 10 and osha 30 training

Benefits:
7 paid holidays after 6 month employment
1 week paid vacation after 6 month employment.
Discounted health insurance after 3 month employment.

Compensation:
$19 per hour with no experience
$22 per hour with experience, a good attitude and work ethic.

This renovation turned out beautifully for the Sikeston Public Schools! Our guys did a wonderful job especially with repurposing the old gym floor to be a floating ceiling feature for the school.

9/11 'We will never forget'

Ribbon cutting/hose cutting ceremony held today for the new Kennett Fire Station. It has been 62 years since a fire station was built in Kennett, and what an incredible memory/accomplishment for the community. Captain Robert Moore was memorialized at the ceremony today, who will also 'never be forgotten'.
