We visited our Capitol and met with our US Senators and Congressmen this week to advocate for less industry regulation, more funding and access to local skilled trades training and the removal of tariffs and duties on lumber and building materials. There are so many factors to the rising costs of homeownership and the National Association of Home Builders is doing everything it can to increase the supply of housing and keeping it attainable for all.

Opened up the entire back of this 120 year old home to add a master suite over the kitchen and dining room. Leave it to the pros to design and remodel your new home in Petoskey.
We removed the entire south wall, built a new floor system with LVLs to support the heavy tiled bathroom floors and curbless shower and surround. Note the safety rails to protect me and my workers. Walls and roof to follow this week. Call us to plan your 2021 project

Proud to be the remodeling contractor for restoring this 1899 home where once lived and wrote in downtown Petoskey. We re-created the original look inside and out with new solid oak windows and trim and restored the original oak flooring throughout. We added a generous mudroom entry, bright and airy sunroom with a balcony, modern kitchen, laundry room and guest suite all while achieving the highest Energy Star 5+ efficiency rating.

Finished the week by putting Restoration Millwork trim on new Windows at our project in downtown Harbor Springs. What a classic look, especially with the flag waving in the breeze.
