Another one brought back to life! 🔨🏠 This was probably one of the WORST shingle roofs we’ve ever come across — years of wear, deterioration, and problems had definitely taken their toll. We tore into it, got everything properly prepped, and gave this home a serious upgrade with a brand-new metal roof. 💪 No more worrying every time the rain starts coming down! A huge transformation and another roof built to handle Western PA weather for years to come.

🔥 From Fire Damage to Brand-New 🔥

What started as a devastating fire turned into a complete restoration.

This project included:
✅ Complete removal of the fire-damaged roof structure
✅ Installation of all new engineered roof trusses
✅ New roof sheathing
✅ Over 50 squares of architectural shingles
✅ All new soffit, fascia, and seamless gutters
✅ Over 40 squares of new siding
✅ New energy-efficient windows
✅ New insulation throughout
✅ Complete interior drywall installation

Major progress on this project! We’ve completed the removal of the existing trusses due to a fire and successfully installed new trusses, along with new roof sheathing and over 50 squares of shingles. Up next, our team will be tackling the soffit, fascia, gutters, and siding to bring the exterior transformation together.

Forest Green Metal Roof Completed

This customer had several shingles blow off during a storm, which caused water damage inside the home. We installed a brand new bronze metal roof for long-term protection and durability. The new roof not only solved the leak issues, but also gave the home a clean updated look that will last for years to come. Another quality job completed and another homeowner protected from future weather damage.

Another beautiful transformation in the books! We recently wrapped up new mastic meadow insulated siding and vinyl window installation on this home, giving it a fresh, clean look and improved efficiency. It’s always rewarding to come back to a project—we had the pleasure of building this wrap-around porch a couple years ago, and it’s great to see everything come together so seamlessly.
