🌟 Employee Spotlight: Kevin Meixelsperger 🌟
🎉 Celebrating 32 Years with Mixer Systems! 🎉

Kevin joined the team in 1994 as a skilled welder and has since become an integral part of our success. Today, as our Lead Welder/Assembler, he is a trusted leader, technical expert, and go-to resource for problem-solving throughout the shop.

Over the years, Kevin has fabricated mixers, conveyors, and bins while earning a reputation as a dependable and highly talented team member. On any given day, he may be coordinating deliveries with a forklift, tackling complex welding projects, or managing production details and documentation from his office. His versatility and commitment help keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.

One of Kevin's most critical responsibilities is overseeing the final assembly process. After components are painted, he conducts a complete plant assembly to ensure every piece of equipment is accurate, complete, and ready for shipment. He also manages equipment loading, making certain that each shipment is properly secured and arrives at the customer's site in excellent condition.

Kevin enjoys the variety his role offers and takes great pride in tackling challenging projects. One of his most memorable accomplishments was helping complete a large and highly complex project that was shipped to Alaska, the type of challenge that continues to motivate and inspire him.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman, he especially appreciates the peace and relaxation that fishing provides, with walleye being his favorite catch. Kevin is also known for his great sense of humor. He often jokes that the number of years he has left is equal to the number of pairs of work boots he has owned. Having purchased 45 pairs so far, he likes to say he has just one more pair to go!

Kevin, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and unwavering commitment to quality over the past 32 years. Your attention to detail and determination to ensure every customer receives a perfectly assembled plant make a lasting impact. Mixer Systems is stronger because of you. 👏
