After a full day of collaboration and learning, the Mixer Systems team wrapped things up with a local favorite: Culver's Concrete Mixers.

As a proud Wisconsin-based business, we couldn't resist enjoying a different kind of mixer for the afternoon. Fortunately, theirs are made for eating and ours are made for mixing, but we're pretty fond of both!

It's been a great week bringing teams together, sharing knowledge, and continuing to build on the culture that makes Mixer Systems what it is.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Chuck Moore 🌟
🎉 Celebrating 10 Years with Mixer Systems! 🎉

This month, we're proud to spotlight Chuck Moore one of our field service technicians, whose career in the concrete industry spans more than four decades and hundreds of plant installations across North America and various countries.

In January 1995, Chuck was recruited to join the team. He helped build Hollowcore equipment and worked extensively with control panels, programming and commissioning systems while helping customers learn to operate new equipment. From 1998 to 2018, Chuck worked within the concrete industry gaining hands-on experience installing and commissioning equipment in plants across the country and eventually running a plant as a plant engineer down in Louisiana.

In 2019, Chuck returned to Mixer Systems full-time, and he hasn't slowed down since. Today, he specializes in plant startups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training. Whether he's logging in remotely to solve an urgent issue or traveling on-site to support a customer, Chuck is known for being available whenever help is needed.

Over his career, Chuck has been involved with more than 300 plants, helping customers get up and running successfully. One of his most memorable projects has been the Copeland plant. Chuck helped install the original facility in 2004 and, more than 20 years later, returned to support the installation of their new plant and expansion projects, a testament to the lasting relationships and equipment he has built throughout his career.

When he's not supporting customers, Chuck enjoys traveling with his wife. After embracing the empty-nester lifestyle and exploring the country by RV, they recently made the move back to Wisconsin. We're glad to have him back, sharing not only his expertise but also his positive presence around the office.

Chuck's dedication, technical expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers make him an invaluable part of the Mixer Systems team. Thank you, Chuck, for your years of service and the impact you've made on our company and customers alike! 👏
