Mixer Systems designs and manufactures the Twin-Shaft mixer right here in our Pewaukee, WI, manufacturing facility using high-quality components sourced from American suppliers.

The Model TS 6.0 Twin Shaft mixer has a dry input capacity of 245 cu. ft. or 24,000 Lbs. (whichever comes first) and is powered by a 250 H/P drive. Our Model TS mixers feature Air Shaft seals in lieu of labyrinth & other forced grease type shaft seals and a unique mixer drive design that eliminates the problems typically associated with European twin shaft mixer drives & gearbox maintenance.

We also offer a Model TS 4.0 Twin Shaft mixer with a dry input capacity of 164 cu. ft. or 16,000 Lbs. and is powered by a 200 H/P drive.

These are ideal for UHPC and prestressed concrete producers. With stocked gearboxes, liners, arms, and paddles, we can have your new Twin Shaft mixer ready to ship in as little as 8-10 weeks!
