It was too slick to take advantage of the new sway bar, and the car still desperately needs a proper differential, but it was a good time at round 2 of winter auto-x at Road America. One more session March 7th to go. Many thanks to Kuhlgelblitz for coming out and catching the action.

Since round 2 of racing is Saturday I figured I better get the rear bar installed. Hoping this makes for a big reduction in understeer.

Pro tip: When you have a heated shop, make sure you have no room to pull in and use it.

Results are in and I landed 10th overall in my class. For not being on track in 14 years, in a mostly stock car I've never raced, I'm pretty pleased.

On track 2, which was more open/sweeping I landed 31/112 total cars. The fact this little egg can mix it up with AWD and RWD platforms is pretty rad.

Running winter Autocross at Road America today. The car feels really capable, and I might have to see how it does on track this summer after a few more changes.
