🌟 Volunteer Spotlight: Gary Watts - Bismarck, ND 🌟

We’re excited to recognize Gary for using his volunteer hours to give back to his community!

Gary participated in the United Way Day of Caring, helping set up a food and clothing pantry for students in Linton, North Dakota. The goal of the project was to provide children with easy access to nutritious food and essential everyday items when they need them most.

Alongside fellow volunteers, Gary spent the day organizing, stocking, and preparing the pantry to ensure it was welcoming, accessible, and ready to serve local students and families.

“This volunteering experience was rewarding because it gave us the opportunity to support local children and families, work together as a team, and make a meaningful impact in our community through the United Way Day of Caring.” - Gary

Gary shared this experience with his wife, Claudine, and stepdaughter, Natalie, making the day even more special. Their efforts helped create a valuable resource that will support students throughout the school year.

🎉 90 years and counting 🎉

July was an incredible month for the Gustave A. Larson Company as we celebrated 90 years of serving the HVACR industry.

But that's not all we're celebrating. This month also brought a wave of employee anniversaries, with many team members marking 15+ years of dedication, hard work, and loyalty to our company. The dedication, expertise, and commitment of our employees are the foundation of who we are today. Every year of service represents relationships built, customers supported, and teammates who continue to make Larson a great place to work.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the all-new Mitsubishi Diamond Designer Seminar at Gustave A. Larson's West Allis Mitsubishi Training Lab! This was the first time this class has been taught in the country, and we were excited to host its debut.

Attendees received an inside look at updated VRF design practices, hands-on use of Diamond System Builder, and key insights connected to the new R32 City Multi equipment.

We appreciate our instructors, Rich Jacklin, Nick Willing, and Josh Bucy; and everyone who spent the day learning with us. Thank you for making this launch event a success!

🚨 Shout out to our Madison location! 🚨

Our Compressor Teardown Class held on 11/5 was a huge success with excellent attendance! 🎉

This hands-on seminar focused on enhancing troubleshooting skills, exploring the latest Copeland compressor technology, and performing detailed failure analysis tear-downs. Participants gained valuable insights to improve customer service, make more accurate diagnoses, and execute more effective repairs, ultimately reducing costly call-backs and boosting technician productivity.
