Progress continues at McAllen City Center as infrastructure and site improvements move closer to completion.

Recent work includes completed parking lot striping, installation of utility infrastructure, and continued grading across future development areas. Preparations are also underway for permanent power and the start of landscaping throughout the site.

With site work advancing and landscaping set to begin soon, McAllen City Center continues to take shape as an exciting new destination for the community.

Progress continues at the Our Lady of Sorrows Parish Hall project as multiple phases of construction move forward across the site. Roofing preparation and exterior wall work are advancing, while interior framing and overhead MEP installation are now underway.

At the chapel, AAC block installation has been completed and roof truss installation is progressing toward completion. Upcoming work includes exterior coatings, thin brick installation, roof panel completion, and continued interior buildout activities.

The project continues to take shape as major construction milestones are reached.

Here's what's happening at Embassy Suites – Brownsville, TX.

Foundation work continues to progress, with a major concrete section now complete and additional site work underway, including preparation for utilities, parking areas, and drainage systems.

Vertical construction has begun, with structural steel columns going up and masonry walls taking shape for key areas of the building. Material deliveries are ongoing to support the next phases of construction.

The project continues to move forward as site and structural work advance in tandem.

Project Update: Ophelia Hotel – Marble Falls, TX (Hilton Tapestry Collection)

Work continues to advance across multiple areas of the project this week. Brick installation is ongoing at the hotel tower, while EIFS work is beginning at the conference center. Ceiling framing is progressing throughout the conference areas, lobby, and guestroom corridors.

Overall, the project continues to advance steadily as key milestones are reached.

ASI was honored to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for the McAllen City Center project. The first building to move vertical at this landmark development will be a 34,000-square-foot, two-story multi-tenant facility, with construction set to begin this summer.

Construction continues to move forward at the Extended Stay America with strong progress across the site. Fourth-floor framing and roof decking are nearing completion, with exterior sheathing, stairwells, and elevator masonry walls advancing. Structural and windstorm inspections are underway, and window installations are beginning.

Interior systems are progressing with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work continuing, while site utilities and the transformer pad move toward completion. This project remains on track as key milestones continue to be achieved.
