Wheel polisher repair from recently. I have done work for this company in the past. The manager called me in and explained how coorporate wanted to ship another machine from Texas, because they felt this machine couldn’t be repaired. I assured him despite the terrible failed repair, the machine could still be fixed correctly.
Apparently the machine was purchased this way and held up for 10 years, somehow. The tub in the top is filled with porcelain balls and the two opposed 7.5hp motors shake everything violently to polish aluminum wheels.
All good now 👍🏽

Refrigerated trailer repairs from awhile back. Some .250” patches welded with .035” 5356 wire. The 30A never disappoints, the flex neck is a back/neck saver. (especially doing floor patches).
Thankful for my adflo when welding aluminum, especially in a trailer like this.

Added some brackets to a trailer for a local pressure washing business. One to mount the motor, and another for the tanks and reels. The deck was wooden, so the legs all have mount fl**ges

Some general repairs for a business park owner. A bunch of load dock bumpers and a trailer mudflap bracket repair for this visit. Used my ST900FC to cut the remains of the old bumpers off, and my Bobcat 225NT to install the new bumpers.

I went back to install a thumb on this Cat 307, used my bobcat 225NT for some multi pass 6011/7018. Also plated one side of the undercarriage, the powermax 45xp made cutting the .250” plate easy (minimal cleanup). Pretty straight forward job, from a few months back.

Some modifications/repairs on this front loader from a few months ago. Chopped the odd rear bumper with the trusty torch.
I built the battery box at home with some 1/4” and my 251 then plug welded on site with my Bobcat 225NT. Fixed the ladder on the side and some other small stuff as well.
