Qualifications:

driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Have your own standard tools
Ability to read site plans
Resume/pro-folio ready

Know how to run work as a foreman a plus.

Must be proficient in all phases of framing (renovation/ground up ) , concrete forms , drywall , and finish work.

Additional expertise in floors, windows , and stucco a plus. Proficient at scaffold erecting and dismantle

Location: Carpenters must be willing to work from Philadelphia/Camden area to north jersey .

Pay: This position is a 1099 contract and must be willing to sub work for daily rate if you come as a pair.
