Everybody starts somewhere.

One of the most powerful moments from last week’s Voice & Vision call wasn’t a perfect speech or a viral video—it was someone having the courage to hit record.

He admitted he was nervous. And honestly, you could see it. But that’s not what mattered.

What mattered was that he showed up anyway.

Confidence doesn’t come before you start. Confidence comes from doing it over and over, with people who encourage you, challenge you, and help you improve.
