Stop waiting on AirDrop to transfer your massive video files.

If you can't find your mics, this is a good trick when filming with your iPhone.

When you're filming content on the fly, holding your phone normally lets sound disperse everywhere. Cupping your hand around the bottom of the device creates a simple shield that catches the voice and bounces it directly back into the microphone.

I used this exact trick while shooting quick video on the go without any of my gear on me. It might feel a little awkward in the moment, but it instantly tightens up your sound when you're caught in a pinch.

Save this hack for the next time you're filming without a mic.
