This is an example of getting the right person for the job. The Previous property owner got some cheap labor to install a double for the back but had no concept of bracing before hand, so the back wall fell and they framed it up with wood which is now unmovable since everything settled. Had to rip out what I could and fill in the wall. Now it’s solid and have new stucco ✅
