We have recently celebrated the opening of our second corporate office, in downtown Chicago. This is a great milestone in our growth as a company, and our pipeline's expansion, in the Midwest and beyond. We are very excited to integrate into Chicago's vibrant ecosystem and be a good neighbor and partner.

Special thank you to everyone who attended and celebrated with us. Your partnership and supper means a lot!

Our Philly crew recently traded inboxes for innings, spreadsheets for speedways, and virtual calls for some real face time during a two-day employee engagement event in Philadelphia last week.

From competitive laps at an F1 racing arcade and a night at the ballpark, to a double decker tour through the city and some seriously good food along the way, the week was packed with laughs, conversations, and a healthy amount of team bonding.

We are grateful for a team that works hard, shows up for one another, and knows the value of stepping away from the desk once in a while.

Way to go Mackinaw Solar! We’re proud to see our projects continuing to support and strengthen the communities we’re part of in ways that truly matter most.

A HUGE thank you to Mackinaw Solar for partnering with the Manito Aquatic Center to sponsor our upcoming Sensory Swim events! ☀️💙🏊

Mackinaw Solar wanted to invest back into our rural community, and we truly believe there is no better way than creating more inclusive opportunities for families at our Manito Aquatic Center. Because of their generosity, we are able to offer special swim times designed specifically for children and adults with sensory needs.

These events will provide:
✨ A calm and supportive environment
✨ No music
✨ No whistle blowing

📅 Sensory Swim Dates:
June 6, 13, 20, & 27
⏰ 11:00AM–12:30PM

⚠️ REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED ⚠️
Spots are limited to ONLY 25 swimmers per event date. Once a session reaches 25 participants, registration for that day will close.

A milestone we’re incredibly proud of — we’ve officially welcomed our 100th employee!

What started as a small team with big goals has continued to grow because of the people behind it. This moment isn’t just about headcount; it’s about building a culture filled with hardworking, humble, and genuinely good people who believe in what we’re creating together.

Hiring has never been about growing fast for the sake of growth. It’s been about finding the right people, protecting our culture, and creating a workplace where people feel valued and excited to contribute.

To our team: thank you for helping make this company what it is today. And to those looking for their next opportunity — we’re just getting started.

Two cities, two team meetups, and proof that we can successfully work remotely and stay highly competitive at basically everything.

Last week our Houston crew spent the time cheering on the Astros, touring the city by double-decker bus, eating our weight in local BBQ, and finishing things off with Tex-Mex and plenty of stikes during our bowling tournament. Up in Chicago, the team took on a baseball game, ferry rides, dim sum, and some very serious shuffleboard competition.

One of the best parts of being a remote team is realizing how easy it is to pick right back up when we’re together in person. We’re incredibly thankful to work with such positive, creative, hardworking, and genuinely fun people. The meetings are great — but the memories, inside jokes, and time spent together are what really make this company special.

What truly sets our company apart is, without question, the incredible people who make up our team. While we take pride in the work we do every day, it’s especially meaningful when our communities recognize those efforts.

We’re proud to share that Chris Kline has been named one of the 2026 Hoosier Resilience Heroes by the Environmental Resilience Institute at Indiana University. Chris has been recognized for his work in the field of agrivoltaics commitment in Indiana and across our portfolio, demonstrating how agricultural and solar energy can serve as complementary land uses for the benefit of landowners and rural communities. This recognition reflects not only Chris’s dedication, but also the values we strive to uphold as an organization.

Congratulations, Chris—we’re honored to have you on our team.

Recently we had the honor of participating in BBechtel Corporations one year celebration for the skilled craftsmen and women working on the remaining 900 MW of Mammoth Solar project (Mammoth South, Mammoth Central I and Mammoth Central II, 300 MW each) in Pulaski County, Indiana. In one year, these skilled professionals managed to complete 70% of the project! Our Senior Vice President of Project Management, Amit Nadkarni addressed the workers: "The safety and quality standards are unparalleled. The team operates as one cohesive unit, and each team member speaks fluently about the standards of care. It's been a consistently positive experience every time I've been in the field."

A special thank you to our partners who provide the skilled and dedicated laborers for the construction of this facility Central Midwest Carpenters, IBEW Local 531, LIUNA LOCAL 274, IUOE Local 150, Local 130 Chicago

A busy week for our team in Illinois. On Tuesday, we hosted an Open House for our Buckheart Solar project in Canton, Fulton County. On Wednesday, in partnership with the Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce, the team celebrated the opening of the new local office for our Mackinaw Solar project in Manito, Tazewell County. A lot of great things are happening across our pipeline in the Land of Lincoln, and we couldn't have been more grateful for the warm welcome and acceptance offered to our team by the local community!

We wish everyone a blessed weekend!

It is absolutely our pleasure to be able to support a wonderful local organization such as TAPS Pekin, IL, in their effort to provide a safe haven for homeless dogs and cats in need, as part of our Mackinaw Solar's project commitment to the local community in Tazewell County, Illinois.

Thank you to Mackinaw Solar for the donation!!!
