We're proud to see Mark Felici, VP and Director of Human Resources, featured in the Zweig Group Letter with his article, "Your Process Lost the Candidate."

In today's competitive AEC market, top candidates aren't waiting weeks for hiring decisions. A lengthy recruitment process can mean losing exceptional talent before an offer is even made.

Mark shares why firms must rethink their hiring strategies to stay competitive and attract the industry's best professionals.

Great projects deserve great recognition!

Michael Mastaglio, P.E., PTOE, is featured in the latest ASHE National Scanner magazine with his article "Reimagining a Historic Corridor," highlighting the transformative Old City Market Street Vision Zero Improvements Project. Read the article here: https://urbanengineers.com/news

Led by the City of Philadelphia Government Office of Transportation and Infrastructure Systems (OTIS) and the Philadelphia Department of Streets, the initiative reimagined one of the City's most historic corridors to create a safer, more accessible, and more welcoming experience for all road users — in time for Philadelphia's 250th anniversary and the many major events held in the City during 2026.

Special recognition goes to Kelley Yemen, who led the project on behalf of OTIS, helping guide this vision from planning to implementation.

Congratulations to Michael, Kelley, OTIS, and the entire project team on this well-deserved recognition and for advancing a project that will leave a lasting impact on Philadelphia's transportation network.

As America celebrates its 250th anniversary, Urban is celebrating another milestone—our 65th anniversary in the city we proudly call home, Philadelphia.

One of Philadelphia's most unique experiences happening during the anniversary is the recreation of the 1876 Centennial Exposition—the first World's Fair held in North America. Step back in time to explore the innovations that drew millions of visitors in 1876, discover just how far technology has come, and learn about this chapter of American history.

Urban is honored to sponsor this exhibit and partner with the Center City District, along with the many sponsors and donors who helped bring this experience to life.
