Penn Engineering Council

Penn Engineering Council Penn Engineering Council (PEC) is a student government organization at the University of Pennsylvania.

PEC is the pre-professional branch of the engineering student government tri-board. As an umbrella group, SEAS Council strives to achieve collaboration and encourage activity amongst Penn Engineering’s professional societies, increase undergraduate interaction with other engineering organizations, and serve as a liaison between faculty and students. We are primarily focused on professional, alumni

, and corporate development. As a council, we function by liaising with a representative from each engineering club in SEAS to increase cross-club collaboration and enhance extracurricular life within SEAS.
