HELP WANTED ~
We are currently searching for the perfect candidate to work 1+ day a week (Wednesdays) in our Phillips office. Ideal candidate must be trustworthy, reliable and somewhat flexible to help cover vacations and other days off as needed.

Qualifications:
Telephone etiquette
Computer skills
Self-motivated
Flexible
Organized
Polite & friendly personality
Cleanliness
Math & cashiering skills
Ability to lift 40+ lb cylinders (or use dolly)

Duties:
Provide great customer service (in-person and via telephone)
Utilize the computer for email, payments, fuel orders and work orders
Lift, weigh, and fill propane cylinders
Paint tanks & cylinders
Shovel in winter/mow in summer
Daily cleaning

Well, it looks like the heating season is upon us! It’s time to keep an eye on those propane tanks. Here are a few important reminders for our WILL-CALL customers who prefer to monitor their own tanks and call in for deliveries.

Want an easier way to keep track of your propane? We can attach a tank monitor to your tank, allowing you to check your tank percentage right from your phone using an app. 📱
You can stay on Will-Call and monitor your tank from anywhere! (App fee applies.)

🔔 WILL-CALL CUSTOMERS: ORDER AT 30–25%!
Please place your fuel order BEFORE your tank drops below 20%.

🚚 Hilgy’s will make deliveries within 6 business days from the date your order is placed. Please plan ahead to avoid running low!

⚠️ WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR TANK GETS TOO LOW?
• Special trips: Additional fees apply if a special trip is required.
• After-hours emergencies: Emergency requests made after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are considered after-hours service and will incur an additional fee.
• Tanks below 5%: Wisconsin safety requirements require a propane pressure check and leak test. If your tank drops below 5%, a safety inspection fee will apply.
