One of the greatest men we've ever known, and gone far too soon.

Bert was laid to rest on Friday, April 10th.

His service was attended by his loved ones, his business connections, and people we got to meet for the first time and hear of his impact on them.

Bert's request to have a very special truck lead him to his final resting place was fulfilled by Concrete Cares of Nebraska (Concrete Cares of Nebraska); we are forever grateful for your friendship and efforts in making this dream come true.

Thank you for all the kind words and the patience with things at work and in our personal lives. We couldn't navigate this time without the support of all our communities.

As Bert would say, "it's time to get back to work," so we are here to serve you- concrete & construction needs- today and for the years to come.

Happy Easter from B&B Redimix to you and yours. We hope your day was spent rejoicing in the gift of Christ's resurrection and eating too many deviled eggs. ✝️🥚

Our company plans to operate as normal this week, with Shane and Hannah stepping away to handle family and preparation matters.

Our company WILL be closed on Friday to honor the life of Bert Mongeau with his service beginning at 10am at the Catholic church in Phillipsburg. We sincerely invite friends, customers, vendor connections, and all those who knew and loved Bert to join; there's room for all.

B&B would like to share with our customers and communities that owner Bert Mongeau passed away surrounded by family on April 3rd. Bert's dry sense of humor, stubborn (but impressive) work ethic, and loyalty to his animal sidekicks (most-recently Hank), will be missed more than any of us can say. The Mongeau family takes comfort in knowing he's reunited with Dee, and that our God's promise of a pain-free home in heaven is fulfilled.

Bert's hands built the quality products and service you've trusted for over 50 years, and his heart built the relationships that make a small business successful. Shane and many of our team members have worked side by side, step in step, with Bert for years, and we are willing and capable to carry on the legacy he leaves behind. Our company, and beloved dog Hank, are proud to be your local choice for concrete and construction.

Welcome, Hannah Batty, to the B & B Redimix team!

Hannah joins as an Administrative Assistant, where she handles billing, paperwork, and supports accounts receivable and payable, along with other regulatory tasks. She also plays a key role in customer service, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Originally from Stockton, Hannah brings a love for organization and paperwork to her role—making her a perfect fit for the team!

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughters.
