A safe return to service is more important than a fast one.
When a crane goes down, secure the area immediately. Visible signage and barrier tape establish a clear boundary. Keep all personnel out of the load path and the line of fire. Confirm that lockout/tagout procedures have been followed before anyone approaches the equipment.
Once the area is secured, consult a qualified service partner to assess the failure, identify the cause, and determine the right repair path.
CraneTech emergency response starts with the work area, not the wrench.
