Every day I eat the same breakfast. 360 grams of egg whites with one whole egg and sometimes two. I either pair it with Ezekiel toast and Greek yogurt with honey cinnamon and berries or I have 50grams of cream of rice with 14 grams of vanilla almond butter, 30 grams of honey and a half of banana.

Instagram captions allow up to 2,200 characters, but posts perform better when they’re much shorter and punchy. Here’s a clean, strong version that fits easily and reads well on Instagram:

A new chapter begins.

Metal fabrication has been part of my life for many years, working across industries where precision, patience, and craftsmanship matter. TIG welding has always stood apart—torch in one hand, filler rod in the other, controlling heat and metal with focus and discipline.

From aluminum and stainless to chromoly and titanium, every weld tells a story. The arc, the rhythm, the stack of dimes—it’s a craft built on experience and respect for the trade.

Excited to step into the next phase of the journey and continue building with metal. 🔥⚡

A reminder that the world is bigger than the headlines. 🌍

This image feels busy, chaotic, hopeful—just like real life. Science and nature. Culture and curiosity. Exploration, celebration, learning, rebuilding. There’s no denying the challenges we face, but zoom out far enough and you start to see something else too: momentum, resilience, and people everywhere trying to make things better in their own way.

Looking for the good isn’t ignoring reality—it’s choosing to see the full picture. Progress doesn’t always shout; sometimes it hums quietly in labs, oceans, classrooms, and communities.

The planet is still spinning. Life is still creating. And there’s still plenty worth protecting, celebrating, and believing in.

Tonight’s dinner felt less like a meal and more like a collision of universes.

At one end of the table, Einstein leaned back with that familiar half-smile, quietly insisting the universe had to be rational. Across from him, Niels Bohr calmly dismantled that certainty with a raised eyebrow and a soft, surgical counterpoint. Schrödinger sat somewhere in the middle, amused, while his cat — fully confident and completely indifferent — occupied the table as if it had tenure.

Heisenberg spoke carefully, as though the act of choosing words might change them. Dirac contributed sparingly, but every sentence landed like a perfectly balanced equation. And Feynman? He somehow managed to turn quantum weirdness into something that felt like jazz — chaotic, playful, and absolutely precise.

The conversation drifted from probability waves to the nature of reality itself. Does observation create truth? Is certainty an illusion? Can something be both here and not here? At some point, someone started sketching equations on a napkin. At another, the wine glasses became props in a demonstration about uncertainty.

No one left with final answers.

But the energy in that room — curiosity crackling in the air, brilliant minds challenging each other without ego — felt timeless.

And the cat?

Still undecided.

There’s something quietly powerful about seeing an entire universe of ideas distilled into a single, organized frame.

This Alphabetical Guide to Quantum Mechanics poster isn’t just a piece of décor—it’s a visual map of how modern physics describes reality at its smallest scales. Each letter represents a foundational concept: from wavefunctions and operators to uncertainty, photons, and Dirac notation. Together, they form a language that scientists use to describe how particles behave, interact, and exist.

What makes this especially meaningful is that quantum mechanics isn’t abstract curiosity—it underpins nearly everything in modern technology. Semiconductors, lasers, MRI machines, GPS, digital cameras, and even the device you’re viewing this on all rely on quantum principles. The strange mathematics on this poster quietly powers everyday life.

I love how this design bridges art and science. Clean lines, simple symbols, and careful spacing mirror the elegance physicists seek in their equations: minimal, precise, and deeply expressive. It invites curiosity without demanding expertise. You don’t have to understand every symbol to feel the weight of what’s being represented.

To me, this poster is a reminder that we live in a universe governed by hidden structures—beautiful, strange, and astonishingly consistent. And the more we learn to read that language, the more we realize how much wonder is woven into even the smallest pieces of reality.

Sometimes the most profound stories aren’t told with words, but with symbols.

As we prepare to leave South Africa, we do so with a deep sense of gratitude and perspective.

This journey gave us two very different windows into the country—each essential, each unforgettable. On one hand, meaningful business conversations filled with vision, momentum, and collaboration. On the other, time spent on safari, quietly observing life unfold in its rawest, most balanced form—where patience, awareness, and respect for the land are everything.

And then there was the Apartheid Museum. A place that slows you down. That asks you to listen, to feel, and to confront history honestly. The emotions there are heavy, but necessary. It offers context—not just for South Africa’s past, but for its resilience and its ongoing story.

These experiences couldn’t be more different in tone, yet together they paint a fuller picture of what South Africa truly represents: complexity, strength, beauty, and growth. A country shaped by hardship, driven by progress, and grounded in a culture that values both remembrance and possibility.

We leave inspired, humbled, and thankful—for the conversations, the landscapes, the history, and the people who made this experience what it was.

Sometimes Christmas magic looks like two grown adults flying downhill on a wooden sled… and laughing like kids the whole way. 🎅❄️

There’s something about this season that brings out the best in us — the joy, the friendships, the moments where nobody cares about anything except having a good time and holding on tight.

Here’s to the friends who make the holidays brighter, the memories that warm you up more than any hot cocoa, and the reminder that you’re never too old to play in the snow. ❤️✨

Merry Christmas, everyone — may your season be full of good friends, big laughs, and a little bit of magic.

Some days you’re gripping a pole on the subway, watching tunnels blur by. Other days you’re above the earth, cutting through open skies, chasing something bigger than routine. 🌍✈️

Same person. Different velocity. Different perspective.

It’s wild how life toggles between the ordinary and the extraordinary without asking permission. One minute you’re underground with the city’s heartbeat, the next you’re over clouds with the sun painting the horizon like it knew you were coming.

Both journeys move us forward. One keeps us grounded. One reminds us to look up.

The Expanse / Rocinante

In The Expanse, the Rocinante is more than a gunship — it’s a symbol of defiance, freedom, and choosing your own path in a universe stacked against you. It’s the ship that carries misfits, survivors, and unlikely heroes who end up shaping the future of the entire system.

The artwork here captures that spirit in a different way.
It’s a playful, retro-style take on the Roci — the kind of nose-art you’d expect to see on a ship that’s been through hell and still flies. A reminder that even in a universe full of conflict, politics, and existential threats, the crew holds onto personality, humanity, and a bit of swagger.

And that actually mirrors real life.
We all have moments where we’re navigating chaos, trying to stay grounded, and choosing who we want to be. The Rocinante’s story — and this artwork — reflect that balance of grit, resilience, humor, and identity that we all carry day to day.

A ship, a crew, a mission… and the stubborn belief that the world can still be better.
That’s the Roci.
