Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Positive Attitude.

Receiving Service calls by phone, email.
Communicate clearly, precisely and in a friendly manner.
Take and deliver messages as appropriate. Ensure messages are received and follow-up as needed.
Printing, scanning, organizing, faxing, filing and emailing.
Data Entry.
Assisting with Account Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Working with Office Manager, Project Managers, Customers and Vendors.
Inventory.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary depending on experience
