Vote NO on Prop 141. Arizona's roads are essential to our economy. Let's not limit our future.
Proposition 141 would permanently prohibit Arizona from considering a vehicle miles traveled (VMT) tax or fee, taking a potential transportation funding option off the table through a constitutional amendment.
With Arizona's continued growth, aging infrastructure, and changing vehicle technology, we need MORE flexibility to address our transportation needs, not less.
Opposing Prop 141 doesn't mean supporting a new tax. It means protecting Arizona's ability to make smart infrastructure decisions in the future.
