👉 Let's talk about Water, Community, the Trades, and Copper. The Town of Superior just locked in a massive $20 million deal with Resolution Copper to protect its water for the future. Over the next few decades, this money will go toward saving local creeks, tearing out invasive plants, and rebuilding the town's outdated water pipes and infrastructure. For the local community, this means cleaner water, better parks, and a protected environment while the mine is operating.

MASSIVE NEW WORK FOR VALLEY TRADES! 🏗️

A huge new build just broke ground in Glendale, and it means serious work for the local trades. The North Park Logistics Center is officially underway—climbing to a massive 1.1 million square feet!

👉Major Valley players like Willmeng Construction (General Contractor) and Hunter Engineering (Civil Engineer) are already on site. There's a planned second phase that adds another 623,000 square feet. This project will keep local crews, operators, and subcontractors busy well into 2027.

👉 The West Valley industrial boom isn't slowing down any time soon.
