Progress advances at the 96th Avenue Lift Station in Peoria.

Our crews of employee-owners mobilized to the site, completed excavation and subgrade preparation, and set the wet wells and large-diameter manholes. With these key underground structures in place, the project is ready to advance into the next phase.

As work continues, the team will focus on installing piping, tying in utilities, backfilling, and building underground electrical infrastructure.

What We Build Matters.

Community is at the heart of everything we build.

Thanks to our incredible partners and supporters, we raised $43,257 for HELPNowAZ’s H.E.L.P. Snackz initiative. With Felix Construction’s dollar-for-dollar match, that's $86,514 to help provide nutritious snacks to children in need!

Our Felix family also came together to pack over 30,000 snack bags, each with a handwritten message of encouragement.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. What we GIVE matters.

The next generation of employee-owners starts here.

Our team had a great time connecting with students at the University of Texas at Arlington’s Fall Engineering Career Fair and sharing opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Thank you to Chris and Colby for representing Felix Construction!

We look forward to welcoming our 2027 summer interns and continuing to build better lives, one internship at a time.
