There is a fine line between officer safety, comfort and cost. We spend a lot of time listening to Officers, Admins and Installers and we consistently strive to find the sweet spot for all. Customer Value:
Officer Comfort ; We design our storage boxes and consoles and other accessories with the smallest amount of shake and rattle that we can. The constant “rattling” inside a vehicle can me very annoying. We use Rubber to tighten the drawer face,
We use a fully welded design and not rivets, to help eliminate vibrations. We use heavy duty Accuride glides for ease of drawer use and for long lasting wear. Officer Safety: No one plans for an accident to happen but unfortunately they do ,on occasion, happen. We strive to make the safest vehicle components we can. By using vehicle specific install frames for all of our storage boxes that bolt to the existing vehicle sub frame, it goes along way in keeping the boxes solid in the event of an accident. So far our boxes have survived a roll over and an accidental shotgun firing from inside the box. Though we cannot guarantee they will survive everything , we strive to make them as safe as we can. We also work towards making them difficult to break into. Anyone given enough time could most likely break into just about any component on the market, but by working in a few key designs we work at making it very difficult for it to be broken into quickly or easily. The last thing anyone wants is for police equipment to end up in the wrong hands! Administrative Personnel: Focus on cost to benefit ratio and are in charge of getting the most for their tax dollars spent. We offer Aluminum shell boxes with 16ga steel drawers for a lightweight yet sturdy option. We offer all steel boxes and components that use the thinnest gauge possible , yet still maintaining the structural sturdiness required for the job. All of our products have a long life. We have storage boxes still in use today that were installed over 10 years ago! Even through vehicle model changes, all the departments had to do was order a different style install frame at a small fraction of the cost of a replacement box. We offer competitively priced products, we may not be the least expensive but we are not the most expensive and we can customize your storage and equipment needs without the custom price tag. We offer several different locking styles depending on your needs. Installers: Look for items that can be installed easily and quickly , finishing vehicle upfitting in a timely fashion saves everyone money. Most of our items can be installed in 30 minutes or less and large truck boxes and sliders in about an hour. See, we really don’t like to spend our time installing things either, so we strive to keep it simple
