DWP partnered with Courtland Construction on this corridor renovation project. Courtland handled the heavy lifting, including wallcovering demolition, wall repairs, skim coating, and creating a smooth wall finish. DWP then primed, painted, and completed the finishing touches on the walls, ceilings, and door frames.

Through the combined efforts of both teams, this corridor was transformed into a clean, modern space with a flawless finish. 👌✨️

From top to bottom, this exterior got the full treatment. We pressure washed, prepped, and fully primed with Sherwin-Williams LOXON Acrylic Conditioner, sprayed and back-rolled for optimal adhesion. We wrapped it up with a smooth spray finish using Dunn-Edwards SpartaShield, delivering a clean, modern look that gives Sunshine Breakfast Bar a fresh new presence. ✨🎨🌄

From raw concrete ceilings to refined finishes. We started with full masking and protection, sprayed Dunn-Edwards Aquafall Dryfall on all the exposed ceilings, prepped and painted the walls with Dunn-Edwards Suprema, and completed the project with Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial Waterbased Alkyd Urethane in a low-sheen finish on all aluminum door and window frames.
