2026 marks 20 yrs of fabrication and welding for me.

In 2006 I wanted to turbo my EF and luckily, some of the guys at were old BMX buddies from HS and had an entry level position open. While working full time as a bike mechanic, I would do graveyard shifts at FR running the robot welder and cutting collectors on the bandsaw. Any free time I had, I would spend it there learning and building what I could. With in 6 month I had made my own turbo setup with help from all the guys behind the scenes. A lot of what I know today, I learned from some of the most talented unsung group of individuals while I worked there for 7 1/2 years.

Most of us turned what was a hobby into a career. And, for me, a career that has supported me and my family for the last 20 yrs. I’m very grateful for what I learned and the time I spent at FR. 🍻
