This homeowner called us because they were getting no power to their thermostat. Now, there are several possible reasons/solutions, but they had an AC company out before we could get there that told them to call an electrician.
The electrician thought it was a transformer, and the homeowner chose to wait to for HoxAir to come take a look (after having already tried replacing the breaker and the thermostat on their own). Jason was prepared to put the new transformer in, if that was the case.
But it was not the case...
Jason got out there, figured out the real issue, did his thang, and the thermostat is back up and the system is cooling again.
Moral of the story: While we'd never ask or expect anyone to wait for him with no cooling (and will always suggest reaching out to others, if needed, because this heat is brutal and not something to mess with), sometimes it pays to wait for Mr. HoxAir. We can't🙏thank🙏 those who do enough; it really means the world to know we have some very loyal customers.
