This beautiful Oswego home may still need a good scrape and fresh coat of paint—and that transformation is coming soon, But we’re already thrilled with the level of craftsmanship our team has completed! 🔨👏

We carefully replicated the home’s original wood crown details and upgraded them using durable PVC materials that won’t shrink, expand, rot, or mold. 💪🏼

Small details go a long way! All new columns, Decking, Stairs and custom wrapped boxes to duplicate the original look of the home with new Vinyl stair railings to match the existing.

Old staircase revamped and new columns are being installed and boxed. 🚧

We jacked the dip out of the deck and the roof was raised a total of 4” to get the sag and tension off the header and the failing Columns. Temporary bracing is still in on the one side.

Monday we finalize the deck, Stay tuned for the finished look 👀

Fabius, NY roof completed.

This was a fire/remediation project where we removed an old skylight, reframed the valley that had previously been cut out for it, tied the rafters back in, installed new plywood, dried everything in properly, added new valley metal and trims, and finished it off with a beautiful dark brown metal roof.

Another one wrapped up and built back the right way.
