ACCOMMODATING SLAB DEFLECTION WITHOUT WALL CRACKING.
In multi-story commercial buildings, floor slab live-load deflection will crush interior drywall partitions if deflection tracks aren't installed correctly.
1 Rey Construction LLC builds fully compliant structural and curtain wall framing systems:
📋 Slotted Deflection Track: Allows vertical deck movement while locking walls in place laterally. 📋 Bridging & Lateral Bracing: CRC channel and clip installation to prevent stud twisting under wind or structural load. 📋 Heavy-Gauge Exterior Framing: 16, 14, and 12-gauge cold-formed steel framing built to engineering detail.
Protect your commercial structures against settlement cracking.

FAST-TRACK YOUR COMMERCIAL TENANT IMPROVEMENTS.
Tenant improvement projects have tight deadlines and zero room for error. A single missing backer plate or improperly framed door opening can cause trade clashes with door hardware and cabinet installers.
1 Rey Construction LLC manages T.I. details proactive:
📋 In-Wall Backing: Heavy-gauge wood/metal backing installed for cabinets, TVs, and wall-mounted equipment before drywall. 📋 Plumb Door Buck Framing: Rigid jamb framing that ensures commercial doors swing perfectly. 📋 Fire-Tape & Level 4/5 Standards: Inspection-ready wall finishes delivered on time.
Keep your T.I. jobs running smooth.
