We broke ground at TenSixty Interchange this week, closing out months of demolition and moving this office-to-industrial conversion on to what's next: a 58,250 SF small bay speculative industrial infill development located at the heart of the I-10/Baseline Road corridor.

Stevens-Leinweber Construction, Inc. is the project's general contractor, working alongside project architect Butler Design Group and the leasing experts at JLL.
