Foundation repair on this double-wide: 🏗️🚧

Engineer inspection showed the original footings couldn’t properly support the structure.

🚜👷‍♂️-We carefully excavated around the home through rocky, root-filled soil with tight site access.

🔨🧱-Zero-movement tolerance due to an active full renovation meant precise shoring and sequencing.

🪨-We poured new reinforced footings, tied them into the existing system, and added 14 tie-downs for extra stability.

End result: a solid, secure foundation built to last—without shifting the structure an inch. 🛠️🏡

Project: Jesus House of Baltimore — Parking Lot Milling (Phase 1)
Scope: Milling of over 125,000 sq ft of existing asphalt; base repairs around manholes and storm drains; replacement/repair of broken curb sections.
Work completed: Removed deteriorated surface to prepare for new asphalt, repaired base asphalt at critical access/utility points, addressed curb damage to restore proper drainage and edge integrity.
Status: Phase 1 complete. Additional detail work and follow-up phases scheduled in the coming weeks to finish resurfacing and final site restorations.
Value delivered: Prepared a structurally sound substrate for new paving, reduced trip hazards, improved drainage and utility access, and advanced the project on schedule.
Next steps: Return for detail repairs, paving, striping and final cleanup in upcoming phases.

Here is a little 24x15 pad we poured for this customer to park his camper on!
It was an existing blacktop driveway that the camper began sinking through.

Here is a pond project we’ve been working on this fall:
The customer wanted to start phase one by just clearing out the overgrown cattails around the pond.
After phase one we found that the pond had been fed by (3) springs. The customer wasn’t even able to drive his lawn mower around the spring heads without making ruts or getting stuck.
Phase two- we installed a 300ft drain system with #2 stone and 4” drain pipe after we found the previous homeowner had tried to install a homemade drain system that had failed.
The ground dried within days of the new drain install!

Phase three- we found the original spillway pipe to be leaking which was keeping the pond level 22 inches below normal level. We filled the pipe grout/benenite, installed a new spillway pipe and cleared 1.25 acres of forest, brush, trees and debris dumped by the original homeowner. We followed the original stream bed with Class 1 Rip-Rap to dress up the area slightly. We then fixed all of the low spots around the rest of the pond, graded, seeded & strawed the entirety of the area.

A week later, the pond level has already risen 6 inches and-

A project we knocked out for a local builder from scratch!
We cleared the land, removing trees and stumps. Cut in the pad & dug the footers for the block foundation.
Once done, we will return to complete a final grade around the new garage!
